-Matric or Equivalent Experience.
-Computer literate.
-Minimum Code B Driver’s Licence
-Good English communication skills.
-Excellent administration skills.

-Knowledge of Wispeco’s Crealco Aluminium Systems and Hardware.
-Sound People and Customer service skills. Starfront/Stalite Mobi & Pastel

-To assist the Sales person to grow RF Metals market share and attend to customer requirements in a manner which at all times will project a positive and professional image of the Company.
-
-To assist the sales person in growing and servicing customer base to attain agreed sales and gross profit margin targets.
-Educate and assist customers with technical enquiries.
-Supplying customers with written quotation where required and expedite to turn into orders.
-Ensure correct processing and expediting of quotations, orders and back orders.
-Taking responsibility for customer payments (COD) and EWO (EFT with Order) accounts. Ensuring that correct information is given for receipting and that banking is done immediately.
-Ensure credit notes for customers are processed immediately as per company policy.
-Managing the back order status for customers and communicating same with Buyer in order to maintain excellent customer service and prevent redundant or slow moving stock.
-Communicate regularly with customers in respect of their requirements and the status of their back orders, credit facility and credit status.
-Maintain customer order, quotation, etc. filing for reference on enquiries.
-Ensure customer service is rated as excellent.
-Assist in any other branch activities as and when required.
-Assisting with stock takes.
-Maintaining housekeeping, security and safety in accordance with the company standards.
-Administrative duties such as, but not limited to jobbing, cash books, debtor control, and buyouts.
-Actively participating to grow the business o be profitable with attractive returns.
